Returns policy
Customer satisfaction is a priority at Muftpads. Each product is prepared and checked before shipping, but if something is not right, you can request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and sent back in their original packaging.
Custom and personalized products
Custom or personalized products, including custom printed mousepads and desk mats, can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to request a return
- Email help@muftpads.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions and the correct return address.
- Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as an incorrect or defective item. If the return is due to a customer reason, including a change of mind or wrong size selection, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund when appropriate.
Exceptions
Wear and tear, accidental damage, spills, burns, misuse and requests made after the 14-day return window are not covered by this policy.
